Important Info
Doors open 30 minutes before class. Please arrive with enough time to settle into the space.
Silence is requested once entering the practice space.
There are no cellphones allowed within the practice space, and we ask that you refrain from making or receiving calls inside the studio, as well as ensuring your ringers and alarms are silent.
Please leave all bags and purses in the reception area, and refrain from bringing them into the practice space.
Late cancellation fee (canceled less than 2 hours before class time) & no-shows: loss of class for class cards and drop-ins and class pass. $10 late cancel fee for membership holders.
Waitlist: you will receive an email/SMS text message if a space opens in class for you.

Yes, we encourage you to book in advance, as classes have limited space. Booking ahead helps you secure your spot and helps us prepare the room with care.

There is no perfect number, and any practice is better than none. That said, coming two or three times a week tends to be where students start to notice a real shift in how they feel in their bodies and minds. If life only allows for once a week right now, that is enough to begin. Your practice will grow with you.

If you are running a few minutes behind, arriving within the first 5 minutes is usually okay. We simply ask that you come in quietly and wait to set up your mat until the opening meditation or chanting has ended. Once class is fully underway, late entry may not always be possible.

You can cancel directly through the online booking system. When you know you can’t make it, please cancel at least 12 hours before class when possible so we can offer your spot to another student.

At the moment, we do not have the space to offer mat storage. As our community grows and our space evolves, we hope to explore this option in the future.

In most cases, late cancellations or no shows result in a used class credit or fee, depending on your pass or membership. We aim to be transparent about these details and will always list them clearly in your pricing and membership information.

We know that illness, weather, family needs, and emergencies can arise. If something unexpected prevents you from attending, please reach out and let us know. We handle these situations with understanding and common sense, case by case.

If a class is full, you can add your name to the waitlist. When a spot opens, the system notifies students in order. If you are added from the waitlist, you will receive a message or email, so please keep an eye on your notifications and confirm or decline as soon as you can.

Absolutely. We offer an intro offer designed specifically for new students so you can experience the studio before making any commitment. Drop-in options are also available. We want you to find the right fit for your practice and your life.

We have toilet facilities where you are welcome to change before or after class. We don’t have showers on site.
