Our Classes

Our classes are designed to meet you exactly where you are, in body and in life. Each class is labeled by intensity so you can choose what you need on any given day, whether that is deep rest, steady movement, or a more dynamic challenge.

All of our offerings are grounded in accessibility, inclusivity, and authentic connection to breath.

Restorative

Our restorative classes invite you to gently tune inward, fostering safety and balance amid life's demands. You'll be skillfully guided into supportive postures with props, breathwork, and trauma-informed cues to down-regulate your system and release stored tension.

Shifting focus from external chaos to your body's innate wisdom creates space for healing, calm, and renewal, leaving you grounded, resilient, and at ease.

Ideal if you’re craving a calm, supportive space to move, breathe, and unwind without pressure to “keep up.” Whether you’re returning to your mat after time away, navigating injury or chronic pain, working with limited mobility, or simply preferring a softer pace, this class invites you to meet yourself exactly where you are.

Gentle Hatha features longer warm-ups, smooth and unhurried transitions, and an extended, deeply restful cool-down. Plenty of props, options, and variations are offered so each posture can be adapted to your needs, and you’re always encouraged to listen to your body and honour your own limits.

Benefits of this practice include supporting balance, bone health, and muscle tone, while improving joint mobility and range of motion. It also nurtures an overall sense of well-being and helps to regulate stress, leaving you feeling grounded and restored.

Shakti Yoga is a half flow, half restorative journey: we start with active, heat‑building asana to awaken the body, then flow into deeply supported restorative shapes that invite everything to soften and settle. Guided through a trauma‑informed lens, this class centers choice, consent, and options so you can move and rest in ways that feel truly safe and nourishing, leaving you both energized and deeply restored.

Steady Flow

A unique approach to yoga, integrating peace and joy into a dynamic vinyasa style practice. The practice is a mix of different yoga styles, such as Ashtanga, Hatha, and Jivamukti.

Lots of modifications are offered in this class, which makes it accessible to most yogis. Students are encouraged to do what feels right to them and their bodies.

The benefits of this practice include maintaining balance, bone health and muscle mass, as well as increasing joint flexibility and range of motion. It also adds to a general sense of well-being and reduces stress levels.

This class is open to all students, but experience with vinyasa (flow) style yoga is recommended.

This six-week Saturday morning Hatha series offers a gently progressive journey through the body, using classic postures, longer holds, and clear alignment cues. Each week highlights a different focus so you can build strength, mobility, and awareness step by step, without ever feeling rushed or out of your depth.

Expect a calm, steady pace with plenty of time to explore how your spine, pelvis, legs, and breath work together to support healthy posture and easeful movement in daily life. Props and options are always available, making the practice accessible whether you’re newer to yoga or refining a long-standing practice.

Throughout the series, you’ll weave breath awareness into each shape, support the nervous system with thoughtful sequencing, and close with guided relaxation to integrate the work. You’ll leave feeling grounded, more spacious in your body, and more connected to your own internal alignment.

This series is suitable for all levels, with customizable intensity so you can meet yourself exactly where you are each week.

Creative variations and progressions are offered, making it engaging for igniting heat, strength, and precision. Students are encouraged to flow with their breath and tap into their inner power. Benefits of this practice include enhancing core stability, upper body strength, and cardiovascular endurance, as well as boosting focus, resilience, and an overall sense of empowerment.

Expect vigorous sequences paired with chanting, hands on assists, breathwork, and a monthly focus.
