What We’ll Explore
We’ll take time with foundational poses, learn how props can support your practice, and break down Sun Salutations into manageable pieces.
We’ll also explore rest, common yoga language, mantra, and meditation, so these parts of a class feel a little more familiar.
The aim is to help you build a foundation and feel more comfortable finding your way into regular flow classes.
There is no need to keep up with someone else.
You’ll be invited to explore different options, take breaks, and ask questions. During mantra and meditation, you can participate, listen, or pause.
We’ll explain unfamiliar words as we go. You don’t need to arrive knowing what anything means.

Our studio entrance has two steps up from ground level, so there is no step-free access. People who use canes are welcome; please consider whether these steps are manageable for you.
Our washrooms are not wheelchair-accessible. If you use a wheelchair and can navigate the entrance with assistance, you would need to bring someone who can support you.
If you have questions about the entrance or layout, please contact us before registering. We’re happy to share details so you can decide whether the space meets your needs.
