About Nina

Nina is a yoga facilitator and a freelance photographer. Her life’s dharma is to hold space for others as they witness the strength and softness they already hold and meet them, exactly where they are.

Her own Yoga practice has held her as she moved through some of the most challenging experiences of her life, including grief and addiction. It has and continues to remind her to feel and grieve while simultaneously bringing her back to her own courage and resilience.

Nina’s dedication and devotion as a student of yoga is what inspires her to be a guide for others to do the same. Like most things in life, her practice has evolved; from intense asana, to diving deeper into the philosophy of yoga and living the practices off the mat.

Whether someone arrives as a Yoga student or a photography client, Nina aims to cultivate an environment that encourages individuals to witness and support themselves. Her intention is for students to truly see their own spark.
