About Harry

Harry began practicing yoga in 2010 and completed his 500 hour teacher training in 2019 after a three month immersion in India. He returned in 2022 and became a registered Yoga Therapy Consultant with the Government of Maharashtra. With additional training in Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, meditation, Sivananda methodology, and anatomy, he brings a grounded and thoughtful presence to his teaching.

For Harry, yoga is the union of mind and body through the breath. It has been a path of healing, reconnection, and mindfulness, shaped by his own experience with trauma and by a deep commitment to yoga philosophy, especially Advaita Vedanta.

Co founding Shakti with Angela felt like a natural next step. Drawn to the studio’s vision of care, accessibility, authenticity, and collective healing, he is committed to helping create a welcoming space where practice can support real transformation.
