After more than six years in the making, we are so happy to finally open our doors and welcome you into Shakti Yoga. Shakti is a teacher-owned, community-focused studio built to support practice, connection, and belonging, and this opening weekend is our invitation to celebrate that beginning together.
At the heart of Shakti are three pillars: accessibility, inclusivity, and authenticity. We believe yoga should feel welcoming and real, with space for many bodies, many experiences, and many ways of practicing.
Ce week-end est conçu pour refléter ces valeurs, avec un mélange d'activités communautaires et de cours payants afin que chacun puisse découvrir le studio, rencontrer les professeurs et expérimenter la diversité des pratiques qui composent Shakti.
Du vinyasa et du Jivamukti axés sur l'alignement au hatha doux et au yoga restauratif, chaque cours exprime la même intention : une pratique ancrée, une connexion significative et un fort esprit de communauté.

17h00 - 19h00: Meet & Greet with the Shakti teaching faculty and support staff! This is your chance to see the studio, meet the teachers, connect with the community, and learn more about memberships and offerings before the class schedule begins.
Saturday, August 15
10h30 - 12h00: Shakti Yoga with Angela EN

14 h 30 à 15 h 30 : Hatha doux avec Nina BIL
Dimanche 16 août
10 h 30 - 11 h 30 : Fondements avec Harry EN
