Yin is a slower style of yoga where poses are held a bit longer to effect deeper connective tissues, which in turn, improves circulation and mobility in the joints of the body.

Allow yourself to drift into a meditative state as the postures guide you towards inner stillness. This helps calm the nervous system, brings freshness to the mind, and balance to the body's subtle energetic system.

This class is open to all levels and everyone is welcome.
