Perfect for anyone who thinks they can’t do yoga, and/or would like to explore what it’s about. This class has been designed with longer warm-ups, gentle posture transitions, and a delicious extended cool down. Plenty of props & posture modifications/variations are offered in this class, making it very accessible for all.
Students are encouraged to do what feels right for them and their bodies. Benefits of this practice include helping to maintain balance, bone health and muscle mass, as well as increasing joint flexibility and range of motion. It also adds to an overall sense of well-being and reduces stress levels.
This class is open to all levels and everyone is welcome.
