If you’re recovering from an injury, have limited mobility, dealing with chronic pain or you are brand new to the practice; Easeful & Gentle Yoga is for you!
This class offers tons of posture modifications, props suggestions and breath/movement cues. Yogis of all shapes, size and age are welcome to explore the breath and movement! It's the perfect way to end week together.
This class is open to all levels and everyone is welcome.
