A unique approach to yoga, integrating peace and joy into a dynamic vinyasa style practice. The practice is a mix of different yoga styles, such as Ashtanga, Hatha and Jivamukti.
Lots of modifications are offered in this class, which makes it accessible to most yogis. Students are encouraged to do what feel right to them and their bodies.
The benefits of this practice include maintaining balance, bone health and muscle mass, as well as increasing joint flexibility and range of motion. It also adds to a general sense of well-being and reduces stress levels.
This class is open to all students, but experience with vinyasa (flow) style yoga is recommended.
