Guest Teachers

Jordan Nardone, Anatomy Instructor

Jordan is a bodywork practitioner and yoga instructor based in Montreal, QC, though her fascination with the miraculous workings of the human body began as a child in Rhode Island where she studied classical dance. She has been practicing therapeutic massage for the past eight years and offers an integrative approach to bodywork that has recently begun to incorporate therapeutic yoga, as well as breath and body awareness techniques. Jordan hopes to educate and empower the individuals she works with, whether in a private session or yoga class, encouraging each person to harness their own capacity to heal as they learn more and more about how their bodies move in and out of balance.

In addition to her massage and yoga practice, Jordan is one of the co-founders of the Montreal Healing Arts Community and yocomo, two different community building organizations in Montreal. She is also crazy about animals, baking and tending to the wild mess of her backyard garden.
